Please read these terms carefully before using BLookHub services
By accessing or using BLookHub's white-label SaaS platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.
These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, customers, partners, resellers, and any other entity accessing our platform.
BLookHub provides white-label SaaS modules including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, BLookHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services under your brand name.
You may rebrand, customize, and deploy our modules under your own brand identity. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without entering into a formal Partner/Reseller Agreement.
BLookHub offers three pricing models:
All payments are processed through RazorPay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscriptions. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and use.
Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you upload or create using our Services. BLookHub has a limited license to use this data solely to provide Services to you.
Data Location: All data is hosted on Utho Cloud servers located in India, ensuring data sovereignty and compliance with Indian regulations.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by BLook (parent company of BLookHub) and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
While you may use our white-label platform under your brand, the underlying technology, code, and platform remain the property of BLook.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Support is provided via email and chat during business hours (10 AM - 7 PM IST, Monday-Saturday). Priority support is available for One-Time + AMC and Partner plans.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLookHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLookHub, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination by either party, you will have 30 days to export your data, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
